So many words to be said
my tongue cannot work that quickly
I've found that when I'm wake I carry my emotions over
and I have nothing to show for it
I have injuries, scars, and open wounds
I am still drawn to you
I wish to cut you off and walk away
To save myself from some deeper injury
but I can't
I can no longer write
